Before you arrive, you are introduced to your personal host: one name, one number, answered around the clock. Your host briefs the chauffeur, the chef, the guides and, when needed, the protection detail, so you never explain anything twice.
Requests do not queue at a desk. They are heard by someone who already knows your name, your family and your preferences. That standard was set personally by our founding partner, who has hosted royal households through Lapland winters.
