A Private Christmas Fairytale

Five nights in your own chalet above the Arctic Circle, where gingerbread bakes in the kitchen, elves know your children's names and Santa himself knocks on the door. Your chef, guides and chauffeurs are already there.

1
Arrival in Lapland
Touch down at Rovaniemi Airport, where the adventure begins the moment you arrive: your private guide is waiting, and a warm car carries you to a chalet where a sumptuous dinner from your chef already waits. Later, a knock at the door: one of Santa's elves, with gingerbread to bake and decorate together.

Into the Wilderness
After a hearty breakfast you are ready for an Arctic adventure: a private snowmobile safari deep into the heart of the silent wilderness. On a frozen lake, try your hand at ice fishing: with a metre of ice beneath you, you can feel completely secure, and no skills are needed. Those without a licence ride in a cosy sleigh, so the whole family joins.

Reindeer Traditions
Meet a skilled reindeer herder who shares the traditions and care behind these magnificent animals, then settle into a traditional sleigh, warm under reindeer hides, and glide through the glistening forest. Afterwards, gather in a Lappish hut for hot drinks and delicacies, and surprise the reindeer with the treat they adore: lichen.

The Magic of Christmas
Wisps of smoke and flickering lanterns appear in the crisp winter forest: a private meeting with Santa Claus, with time for heartfelt conversations and wishes spoken out loud, gifts included. In the afternoon, step into the world of the huskies and learn to drive your own team, before a festive Christmas dinner from your chef.

A World Built of Snow
Step into a realm where every detail is crafted from the crystalline beauty of ice and snow: a privately guided tour of the snow hotel, corridors that sparkle with frozen splendour, and hot Lappish delicacies served at tables of ice. Back at the chalet, the sauna is warm and the hot tub steams under the open sky.

Farewells
As the end of the stay approaches, it is time to say farewell. It is always a little sad to say goodbye; we hope our paths will cross again. A slow breakfast, one last look at the fells and a private transfer timed to your flight. The fairytale ends; the memories stay.
Every Evening
Each evening, you have the opportunity to search for the northern lights, on snowshoes or by car with your private guides, or simply to unwind at the chalet in the sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi.

Arrival and Slowing Down
Met at the aircraft and driven through the winter dusk to your villa. Your chef serves the first dinner by the fire, and the evening asks nothing of you at all.

The Silent Forest
Snowshoeing is an easy and deeply enjoyable way into the quiet beauty of winter: snow-covered forests, frozen bogs and fells that cannot be reached on foot or on skis. Stop in the middle of nowhere, breathe the cleanest air in the world and let the white silence enchant you. In the evening, your first aurora watch by car.

Reindeer at Walking Pace
A gentle sleigh ride behind reindeer through the glistening forest, wrapped warm in hides, at the animals' own unhurried pace. The afternoon belongs to the villa: sauna, cold plunge and treatments on request. At night, the hunt continues on snowshoes.

The Frozen Lake
Ice fishing on a silent lake: drill your own hole through a metre of ice, feel completely secure and wait for the catch, which your chef prepares the same evening. A long final dinner, and the hot tub under the open sky.

A slow morning, one last sauna and a private transfer timed to your flight.

As evening falls, a world of enchantment awaits: after dinner you are dressed in warm winter clothing and given snowshoes, with headlamps to light your path through the pristine snow-kissed woods, while your guide shares ancient legends of the northern lights.

Four nights for those who come north to move: studded tyres on black ice, sprint huskies and a frozen sea broken open. Chauffeurs handle the miles; you take the wheel where it counts.

Your G-Class waits at the airport, winter-prepared. Dinner at the villa with your driving instructor, and plans laid for the days ahead.

Black Ice
A private ice driving day on a frozen-lake circuit: warm-up laps, timed qualification and one-to-one coaching, on ice where technical skill beats raw speed and the track may still give you a good spin. Evening sauna and a debrief by the fire.

Machines and Dogs
One of the best ways to connect with this landscape is a thrilling snowmobile ride deep into the fells at first light, across pristine snow-covered terrain. In the afternoon, sprint-team huskies: meet these wonderful creatures and learn to drive your own team. Two very different kinds of horsepower in one day.

The Frozen Sea
An icebreaker cruise on the Gulf of Bothnia, watching the hull carve through metre-thick ice. For the brave, an Arctic float: a rescue suit envelops your whole body and keeps you dry and warm in the freezing water, and no swimming skills are needed, as the suit keeps you afloat. A farewell dinner from your chef.
