Our Christmas example begins with arrival at the chalet and a first evening together. The following days bring reindeer, time in the snow and a visit from Santa at the chalet. A guided ice-village visit and time at home complete the stay before departure.

The People Behind the Stay
Your concierge host briefs the chauffeur, chef and guides on the agreed arrangements. The chalet, meals and outings are planned with the children's ages, travel days and time indoors in mind.
Private guiding and exclusive use of a venue are different arrangements. The proposal sets out the level of privacy for each experience, together with the accommodation and services included.
