Privacy is the heart of this house, and it starts with how we handle your data. In short: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to reply to you, and this website stores none of it.

What We Collect, and Why
When you send an enquiry through this website (the enquiry form, villa access request or partner application), we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, travel dates, party details and your wishes.
We use this information for one purpose only: to reply to you and to compose the proposal you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Nothing Is Stored on This Website
This website has no customer database. Your enquiry is transmitted directly to our sales mailbox (sales@divanta.fi) and to our lead handling system, where the sales team processes it. The website itself retains no copy of your personal data.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any journey that follows from it, after which they are deleted.
No Cookies, No Tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not profile visitors.
Who Sees Your Data
Your enquiry is read by the Divanta team only. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Two service providers process enquiries on our behalf under their data processing agreements: Microsoft 365, which operates our email, and n8n GmbH (Germany), which operates the lead handling system where enquiries are routed and stored until handled.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent at any time by writing to sales@divanta.fi.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman of Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
